I gave this one star only because it wouldn’t let me go lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. First of all the phone system sucks I have either been hung up on 10 times intentionally or t lower. This is the worst service I have ever received. Had an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle looked at (full warranty). It took them an extra week to get to it. Then they tell me they don’t have courtesy vehicles that I should rent one and they will reimburse me later. Good luck with that. Can’t get anyone to answer me on email or phone. Done with this place. FYI you can find cheaper vehicles and service somewhere else. If your service technician is Robert Rush, do yourself a favor and ask for someone else! More

Disappointed in service, set up an appointment 7 days ahead of time and it took them 4 days to tell me my truck has a bad hub bearing and they didn’t have one and that it’s on order. 5 day later I call a ahead of time and it took them 4 days to tell me my truck has a bad hub bearing and they didn’t have one and that it’s on order. 5 day later I call about the status and was told no other Autonation dealer would give them one and it’s on back order. I asked why would a hub bearing fail with only 66,000 mile in the truck and the high tech answer was “wear and tear” because Ford has no way to grease the bearings. It’s now been over two weeks since my truck was brought in for work with no parts. Checked with Napa Auto Parts and they have one but Autonation can’t seem to find one. Don’t you think I should be disappointed with the service, Bart Lomax More
