Brought in a letter from Ford about a possible reimbursement. I was certain that I was wasting my time. The Customer Service Representative assured me I was not wasting my time. Very professional, and, explained the process, communicated throughout and in less than a week I received a full reimbursement of over $1500.00 for a repair I had made at my mechanic’s shop. Could not be more impressed by the professionalism at this dealership. I’ll be back for service and my next F250. More
My Ford F250 was drop off by a tow truck because I hit something in the road that tore off a transmission cooler line. I took over 1 week to look at the issue and then when they looked at it, they said I something in the road that tore off a transmission cooler line. I took over 1 week to look at the issue and then when they looked at it, they said I needed a new transmission and my warranty would cover it, however the warranty coverage inspector came there and did not approve it. So this is going on 3 weeks and the Service advisor tells me to contact my insurance company. I decided to get my truck towed from there and to a repair shot and they repaired the line to the transmission cooler and my truck has been driving fine every since with no transmission issues. After I paid for parts, transmission fluid and labor I spent less than $300.00. I am trying to understand how they figured I needed a new transmission. Not sure if I will be able to used their Service Department again and this is my second Ford F250. More
