I purchased a Lexus RX 350 six weeks ago from this dealership. They told me I had a 90 day warranty. My car would not start when I tried on Saturday. When I called the dealership on Monday they said t dealership. They told me I had a 90 day warranty. My car would not start when I tried on Saturday. When I called the dealership on Monday they said they don’t know how to service Lexus and I should have a tow to the Lexus dealership where the 90 day warranty would not be honored nor with the towing expense be honored. If I had it towed to their dealership they couldn’t schedule it for several weeks so I will be without a car. I highly recommend you not buy any product from this company as they don’t honor their word. Very disappointed with their service. Could not recommend this dealership. More
I’ve had major issues with this dealerships service dept when I came in for an oil change, paid $80, drive 10 miles home for my oil pressure light to come on, checked my oil, it was black. Drained my oil an when I came in for an oil change, paid $80, drive 10 miles home for my oil pressure light to come on, checked my oil, it was black. Drained my oil and it was black, no light could shine through in a water bottle of this oil. I took it to them and they accused me of just putting some used oil in a bottle and there’s “no proof that oil came out of my truck” even with a video of it draining. They weren’t worth the fight over an $80 oil change, but they either didn’t change it, or somehow or for some reason gave me bad oil, so I no longer use them there, but this last run in with their sales was just as bad. To start, when I traded in my truck, I asked them to hold my check for 14 days, more than enough time to get my money situated and have money moved from other accounts into my checking to prevent any overdraft fees, they did not hold the check, my check cleared that following morning causing me to overdraft my account before my other assets had time to clear to cash value into my account. It took 2 days to get my price and payments where I needed it to be which is not uncommon, but not the ideal situation to deal with when it comes to buying a vehicle. the sales manager isn’t the best people person, I haggled the trade in value on my truck for two days, to be told by the sales manager “maybe you just bought your truck for too much money” when he finally got it to where I was cool with their offer, I agreed. Then they turn around and list the truck for more money than I paid for it over a year ago, 1 day after saying I paid too much money to that same vehicle. That’s cool because private sale was 6k less than they currently have it listed for so I wouldn’t have been able to sell it on my own, but don’t tell a customer they made a bad choice on buying a vehicle and then list it for more than they paid when you already said that last price was too much. I paid exact “value” to what my home bank says the car is worth, but they currently have my truck with far too many miles listed at $7000 above actual market cash value. Most of their vehicles are not listed at the “best price” as advertised all over their website. More
