Much better than ever before. Got a Saturday oil change appointment and waited. Service was done and I was on my way (shopping) about an hour later. Scheduling a service appointment was very easy via phone. The service department is very clean and has a professional appearance. I felt like my vehicle was in good hands when I left it there. The most impressive part of the service team was my Service Advisor (Nicole Parker). Nicole was very easy to get communication from, answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout my service experience. She represented Ford Motors very well. More

I had an regular service appointment for 11:30 ( when I made the appointment I told them I had to wait for the truck - I was told when I arrived that it was lunch time and it would be an 1.5 hours) and af made the appointment I told them I had to wait for the truck - I was told when I arrived that it was lunch time and it would be an 1.5 hours) and after asking several times (no one ever came over to me) my truck service was finsihed at 2:00.
