I love my Ford Expedition, I wish they had a better organized service department. They "Scheduled" my recall correction knowing they don't even have the parts to repair it. I had no issues with them - they took good care of my baby and returned her all shiny and clean and with my back lift gate all fixed like they promised! In the past years I have purchase 4 brand-new vehicles from your dealership and since July 2022 I’ve had to have service on one of them the service has been very very poor I am totally dissatisfied and m from your dealership and since July 2022 I’ve had to have service on one of them the service has been very very poor I am totally dissatisfied and my car is still not fixed the service agent and the service manager all they want to do is argue of why my car is not fixed instead of fixing it I am very dissatisfied with that type of treatment they were rude both of them Tyler the agent and Jerry the service manager very rude can’t believe it the way I’ve been treated I can’t roll my window down I went to the bank drive thru the day after they said they fix it and the window wouldn’t roll back up it took my husband a hour before he could get it to go up I am disgusted with auto nation service department Doug and Jackie Williams More
