They redeemed themselves with follow up service appointment. Likely will purchase vehicle and be married to this dealership for future service but first time visitors beware. I made an appointment with their service dept it was two weeks out and they call me at 5:30 the day before to cancel saying they don't have enough techs to perform the work.
