I purchased a Mustang. I brought it in for service. I was told I needed a $1500 rear taillight. There was nothing wrong with my taillights. Then they told me, after keepin I brought it in for service. I was told I needed a $1500 rear taillight. There was nothing wrong with my taillights. Then they told me, after keepin my car for two weeks, I needed a new clutch, flywheel, and bell housing for $4500. I got a second opinion and the noise generated was by a TWIG rubbing the driveshaft. THEN... when I wanted to order a new Mustang, thinking that after their mistakes they would treat me well, they wouldn't give me the price of the car I wanted to order! Stay as far from AutoNation Ford in Mobile, ALabama as possible. More

I was told I would receive certain extras "for life" on my used vehicle. Imagine my surprise when one of those things - Sirius XM radio - dropped in a little over a week. Upon asking why, after several follow-up emails with no response, I called the dealership - they said it was for 90 days only, and the car was on the lot for almost 80 when I bought it. All I asked was to do what you said you would do. They offered to reset the 90 days, but that was not what was agreed upon. Why bother. Very disappointing. More

He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He should be terminated immediately. I tried contacting the general manager but he never returned my call.
