I made an appointment mid-Dec to being my car in Dec 29 for an issue and new battery. I live 2 hours away from Mobile. The service writer did not even have the decency to bring me my key. He told a young lady it was laying on the counter. Never again will I ho yo this service dept nor purchase a vehicle from them. Long-Lewis in Prattville gladly made my repair and installed a new battery. AutoNation in Mobile could learn customer service skills from this Ford dealer! More

I recently purchased a used 2016 Ford Focus RS that I had seen posted online for about a week. It was stated and documented that a new engine had been replaced by this location aswell. This was my first buyi seen posted online for about a week. It was stated and documented that a new engine had been replaced by this location aswell. This was my first buying experience at this location, and the initial beginning was pleasant. Upon reviewing the vehicle we had come early and the vehicle hadn't been clean but we said that was ok at the time. We had a few questions and one concern asking about a coolant smell. They took the vehicle back while we did the paper work ect, about 4.5hr later the vehicle still had not been cleaned up and the windows still had paint pen on them which the sales team did take the time to clean up. Later I had some questions most were answer the rest un responded to. Based on the delivery of the vehicle and it was found later to have an active coolant leak (water outlet missimg its gasket entirely along with multiple loose wires, pipes/ hoses, and components. Being a professional technician I ended up making the repairs myself and completed the work left undone. The financial team was amazing though and I love the car, but some staffing and experience overall would benefit the customer experience greatly. I ended up detailing, washing, and repairing myself. Do with that what you will. I for one at the time of my purchase and findings, was not confident in returning this vehicle for service or warranty repairs.
