You already had a SECOND and THIRD chance after you tried to charge me $6000 for repairs my car DID NOT NEED. That's why I came to you about a new car - I thought that after the nightmare experiences I had already had, you would treat me better on a new car. I was wrong. You handled that badly - the car was ordered and the Sales Manager refused to give me the price of the car!
