Mr. Maher Bellallah, General Manager; It is obvious your public response to my complaint is purely a PR effort to convey to anyone viewing this public forum that "YOU CARE" about my problem. But, in realty, IF YOU ACTUALLY CARED, you could have resolve the issue as you promised, or reply to my calls and multiple E-Mails to you, as you have my contact data. Or you could instruct your absolutely dishonest Service manager Jerry Cassity to send me his promised overcharge refund of $404.39.
