We have been taking our 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid to AutoNation for five years now. I cannot recommend them highly enough! We just bought a second car from them last week! Salesman Ken was nice. However, I walked in with a check and the process took entirely too long for an empty dealership. They also did not provide tag documents on the same However, I walked in with a check and the process took entirely too long for an empty dealership. They also did not provide tag documents on the same day. I went in on a Thursday and was told they'll email the documents on Monday. I also had to hound them down for them. Why? Those same documents that were emailed to me were the same documents I signed during the process. Horrible experience. Love my vehicle though. More

Service center was great. I came from Texas was visiting some relatives. Needed my car looked at before I hit the road. I had a 7am apt. The greeters was waiting at the door with their tablets to get my information. I thought it would take all day but they called me back after 2 or 3 hours and threw in a free car wash. It gives one a very impersonal experience of talking to a massive bureaucracy where you m But…. The phone system used by Auto Nation is terrible. It gives one a very impersonal experience of talking to a massive bureaucracy where you must go through multiple layers of “press this/press that” layers before you ever talk to a human. Not a customer friendly phone system. Competing ford dealerships have receptionists which help steer you to the department or person you need! Fix it and get more customers! More
