Julie Stokes is an awesome sales representative. Never once did we feel pressured to buy something. She allowed me to be able to think and talk things over with my wife without any constant sales pi Never once did we feel pressured to buy something. She allowed me to be able to think and talk things over with my wife without any constant sales pitches like I have gotten at other dealerships. Other dealerships I always felt like everytime the sales rep would speak they was just constantly trying to get a sale done. Julie didn't do that, she did something way better. She presented herself more of someone helping us find what we could afford and what was right for us. Never once did she try to pressure us into something just to get a sell. Julie is awesome and if she is still at this dealership when it's time to buy my daughter a vehicle we will come back. Grant Young did a fantastic job with the financial part of it. I didn't feel extremely pressured like I did when I bought a vehicle from the other dealership ship that has a big American flag in front(cough cough, selling Kia's) Grant did a great job explaining the add on options that Ford offers for maintenance. One place I bought a vehicle from never would tell me the price of the vehicle until we was sitting in the finance office. I really loved that AutoNation Ford of Mobile shows the price of the vehicle before you even start talking to the financing part of it. More

90 day/4,000 mile warranty was described as covering "everything except tires and brakes," FACTUALLY WRONG! Provides Gold level coverage. Called warranty co about 90 day/4,000 coverage, said we know "everything except tires and brakes," FACTUALLY WRONG! Provides Gold level coverage. Called warranty co about 90 day/4,000 coverage, said we know nothing about that coverage?! Call dealer?! What? Advertised with two keys (assumed working). Only one works. AutoNation response "go get it fixed at other dealer (read between the lines not our problem). Did not provide loan docs, temp tag or paperwork showing tag applied for. After multiple calls and emails to AutoNation, NO RESPONSE! If you try to call dealer, good luck talking to anyone in Finance. Mission Impossible. Also discovered that sold car without spare tire?! Thought that was illegal! Car also has transmission problems! Overall, buyer BEWARE!!! More
