IHe has been my service advisor since I met him at the Ford of Coral Gables, FL. T in Miami!!! My service rep is Juan Mesa who is the very best!!! I experienced an abnormally long wait time during this visit. I was told it would be two hours and it became four and a half hours. Moreover, they broke the glove box and never said a word!
