The ONLY words that came out of Sales Manager Julio mouth was "I do NOT remember" I have Text messages with pictures to Confirm and Prove the promised repairs. Conclusion, Sales Manager Julio is VERY Rude. The lesson that I learned: Do NOT leave the Dealer without a written document that states the repairs that need to be performed. More
