The problem I have this time if you rotated my tires why didn’t you check the pressure in each tire all tires where off and because I had to return to work I couldn’t go back 👎🏽 thumbs down tire man. I give a 1 star only because I cannot leave a 0 star review. The service writer never communicated anything with me unless I called her to find out a status. They had my vehicle for over 6 months. I had to call Ford customer care just to get a warranty item covered for repairs. Completely ridiculous experience, and I hope no other customers have to endure similar treatment. More
