My last visit was so unprofessional I drop my truck off at 8:00am which was my appointment time to get a tire repaired they kelp my vehicle all day no one reached out to me to tell my they had repaired the at 8:00am which was my appointment time to get a tire repaired they kelp my vehicle all day no one reached out to me to tell my they had repaired the tire I call the dealership from 10:00am till after 4:00pm I got no response ever time I called they told me they would reach out to the tech who was patching my tire and the tech would call me after repair was finished, it never happened so after 4:00pm I decided to stop by dealership to only find out the repairs had been finished with no explanation they gave me my vehicle and goodbye, I was not satisfied at all More
Arrived, 15 Sept. 2023 at 7:00 a.m. for appointment. Approached Heather Arnold (Service Advisor) and communicated that, I was there for-oil change, brake light, and AB 2023 at 7:00 a.m. for appointment. Approached Heather Arnold (Service Advisor) and communicated that, I was there for-oil change, brake light, and ABS light was illuminated. After waiting I was told that I needed rotors and pads installed $800 + dollars I declined. At 9:24 I departed as I was turning out of the lot, I notice my lights were illuminated and returned to the service center. The Service advisor failed to tell me that they did not rectify the problem, as I was paying for the service visit. I relayed to Ms. Arnold that the lights were still illuminated. She relayed to me, the Technician didn't look or examine the problem because, I declined the brake job in leu of the problem could be caused by other issues. I proceeded home to examine the problem looking under the vehicle I notice on both sides of the vehicle the top bushings were missing from my vehicles front sway bar links, metal against metal. The service technician mention nothing about this dangerous situation about the sway bar links. Why rotate the tires with this serious problem, and the service technician says on the paperwork he checked the left and right front suspension, and linkage. I attempted to call the Service Manager (John Stroud); he has failed to return my call to date. I received two messages while sitting in the waiting room from the dealership to purchase my vehicle. Without any explanation, I am left to believe that this is an ongoing practice at this Dealership. And their only goal is to sell new vehicles. More

Was able to schedule a service visit when it was convenient to me. Service writer was there and waiting for me at the appointment time. I had several items to review/repair and he took notes on eac convenient to me. Service writer was there and waiting for me at the appointment time. I had several items to review/repair and he took notes on each. Inspections were done in timely fashion and I was called to authorize any work needed before it was done. Job was finished quickly and I was able to pick up the vehicle when I wanted. More
