Always request Ashley in the service dept when we bring our truck in. She knows what she's doing, she's professional & courteous. I honestly hate dealerships and my experience I recently had with a recall service just adds to my hatred of dealing with the the dealership for service. I get it was a recall service so we have to wait lon had with a recall service just adds to my hatred of dealing with the the dealership for service. I get it was a recall service so we have to wait longer than expected for customers with paid services but the lack of communication period from the advisor Garvin was non existent. We dropped the car off Monday was told Monday at 5PM the parts were not in stock and the car would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday comes and no call all day, I called the dealer twice which uses a call center to assist and did not assist me at all. Wednesday evening I had been on the phone over an hour to try to get an actual dealership employee on the phone to see about the car and finally I get put on hold for another 10 mins by the actual service advisor to tell me now the car would not be ready until Thursday and which I had to call him to get that info. Thursday comes and I was expecting the car back and we went to go pick up that evening right before they closed and you guessed it the car still wasn’t ready. Then we were promised the car would be ready by Friday at 9AM. The next morning I receive a call that the car was going to be ready by 10:30. Again this is the worst xxxxxxxx I have ever dealt with and I am a service advisor for a repair shop. And of course they try to make up for by giving you a free oil Change, which really doesn’t suffice the situation but whatever. Dealerships altogether need to learn how to offer better customer service beyond selling cars. More
Worst experience I have ever had at a Ford dealership or any repair shop. Kept vehicle 2 days without any correspondence. Very difficult to contact to find out what was the problem.
