I dropped my vehicle off to get warranty mileage maintenance service and to diagnostic service on a check engine light, which has been going off and on for the time I've had the vehicle. Told by the service advisor they are a week behind. A week turned into three weeks. No status or update on vehicle until 2 days before it was ready for pick-up. Told a sensor needed to be replaced, reason check engine light coming on and off. Advised to get a fuel enjector cleaning and air intake cleaning and tires. I agreed to both cleaning services. Unable to get tires at this time. Service Advisor said would give an estimate on tires. I said okay. Would recieve a call when vehicle was ready for pick-up. Go to pick-up vehicle 3 weeks later. As I pull up to park prior to entering the service department the bay door was let down. As I stood to I line waiting on help no Ford employee greeted me. There was 4 employee behind the service desk no one said hello, we will be right with you. I stood there for about 10 minutes before an employee asked if I'm picking up. I said yes he said your service advisor will be right with you. Still Nobody said hello or asked me my name. As I proceed to check sign paperwork. I was then greeted by one of the 4 employees after being present at least 20 minutes. I get into my vehicle to leave the tire monitor light is on the rear tire air is very low. I get out of vehicle to ask someone to check my tires the tire monitor light is on. This leaves me to believe the tire monitor light was on when informed my vehicle was ready for pick-up. It wasn't on when I dropped it off. 2 days later while driving the check engine light comes on. This leaves me to believe that the sensor wasn't replaced and service was performed on the vehicle. Also, I didn't get an estimated on tires. I was without a vehicle for 3 weeks after being it would only be a week and had to use my work PTO. Poor customer service and service maintenance. Very unacceptable. This is the second bad service experience I have received from this location. There is actually nothing AutoNation Ford can do to make this right. From this point on I will take my vehicle to another Ford, which is at least 30 or 45 mintue drive, AutoNation Ford location is a 10 minute drive. I would like a refund for the service I paid for but didn't receive.
