Four Months is One third of a year that you had my car. I finally got a response from your service manager that the car was to be delivered. However; I have not since had a reply concerning the "Weather Tech" like mats that they still have. I came in for a console repair that lasted 3 days. Brought the car back and it was excuse after excuse after excuse about the repair. Under Your dealership's care, my car flooded, accumulated mold, and the TCM (Transmission Control Module) went out. When the car was delivered the Engine light and low pressure tire light was on and My carpeted floor mats were soaked with water. My car was in better shape BEFORE I brought it in. I want my rigid mats that I paid for that they kept. I have since transferred the car to a reputable Auto shop who also accepts my Endurance Extended warranty You should just close your business if you continue treating customers in this irresponsible manner!

Parts and Service Manager have ordered replacement mats for me. The least they could do. They actually offered to pick up my car to use a wet vac for the soaked carpet mats under the weather tech mats they kept. Can you ever begin to imagine how much water entered the car to completely soak the floor boards? They also offered to check the engine check light that was still on after they delivered the car back to me. REALLY? Did they want to keep it again for over 4 more months? My car has been towed to a REPUTABLE Auto Repair shop who accepts my extended warranty to clean up their mess! NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. Also tried to contact General Manager and got their Voice mail. What a friggin JOKE this Dealership is. Too bad I couldn't leave them no stars at all
