Earl service advisor was pleasant. I set up an appointment for a Saturday and was called the day before letting me know that they did not have the parts for the recalls. Asked multiple times about a loaner car as was promised with the FORD protect extended warranty. No availability. Also no offer to give me a ride or shuttle. All on my own. Unhelpful with 3rd party rental car. Ashley was rather unpleasant and not compassionate about helping out. I guess that is more of a dealership issue. There was no availability at local rental car agency. The Ford extended warranty and corporate staff were also not helpful And gave me the run around despite promising otherwise. Will certainly avoid Ford products and especially extended warranty in the future. Clearly all parties involved don't seem to care. Sad, very mediocre process. Don't expect a seamless experience! Horrible service! Had my vehicle towed in on 7/15 for check engine light. Advisor found an open TSB (22-2322) for the issue. Had to drop engine and replace. It took them a month and three days (even with our Premium care package) to fix. Within hours of receiving the SUV, we noticed green drips on garage floor. Trust is completely gone with Ford and we can't afford to be without a car for another month, so we took it to another service station. They found a "driver side outer CV axle boot broken with grease inside wheel and knuckle, front brakes had grease on inner pad, and a/c refrigerant level low". Paid for these repairs out of own pocket. Had car back in two days. Sure, they fixed the issue but made several more while they had it. Would not recommend unless you have lots of time on your hands to follow up and be without your car! More
Heather was very kind and considerate of my service needs. I own a 2017 Ford Escape on which the dust cover had detached from the frame. Heather took a look at it, quickly processed the intake of my vehicle and promised to have me out of there within an hour. The staff did just that, had me out of there in less than 30 mins. I had 3 bolt fasteners that were missing and one of the technicians snapped them on to reattach the dust cover in a jiffy! Thankful for the swift attention to my service needs and Heather's kind and attentive service, always! More

I had a recent service issue and had to have a battery replacement. Two weeks later, the vehicle's battery died and had to be jump started. Two days prior the auto start/stop feature stopped working. S replacement. Two weeks later, the vehicle's battery died and had to be jump started. Two days prior the auto start/stop feature stopped working. Some don't like this feature, but it is designed to work.......so..........when it doesn't it is an indicator that another issue is brewing. I was able to keep it charged long enough for the vehicle to be picked up (valet service is great) and make it to the dealership. Long story short, the new battery tested bad (it happens). Once a new battery was installed, the start'stop function still did not work. All the computer modules were reset, the auto start/stop function began to work again, and it drives like a charm. The communication was GREAT keeping me informed through the process all the way to my receiving the vehicle back. More
