Staff were all friendly and polite. was unable to get part for transmission to fix car, talk with Ashley by text once a week when I left car there on June 21st. Went to see him on Monday August 2 at dealership and I agreed to trade, paperwork done and I drove home to Texas without any problems . Terrible service and poor communication by the service representative. I had an appointment 2 weeks out and brought my vehicle in for repairs and service. I was told several times my car would be done by representative. I had an appointment 2 weeks out and brought my vehicle in for repairs and service. I was told several times my car would be done by days end since my appointment was at 8am. I called at 1:30 and was told that they are working on my car and it would be done by 3:00. I arrived at the Dealership at 2:30 thinking that my car would be done by 3:00. The mechanic told me that he was just about to start working on my vehicle. I told them not to start the work and to return my vehicle. I wasted an entire day dealing with Autonation Ford and didn’t receive any service. Furthermore I initiated all communication when trying to get updates about my vehicle. The next day I took my vehicle to another Ford dealership in Southaven, MS. I didn’t have an appointment. I arrived at 8:00am and they were done with my repairs and service by noon. The service reps were very professional and helpful. More

It took the service department almost 3 weeks to inspect my vehicle. I called multiple times to check on the status and was told they are busy and short handed and it will be several days before they can lo my vehicle.
