Talked with Salvatore a couple of times on phone about buying my car or trade for another vehicle.. Went to see him on Monday August 2 at dealership and I agreed to trade, paperwork done and I drove home to Texas without any problems . Thank the Lord I didn't have a flat because after i got home I realized I didn't have a spare. Iforgot to check for that , I 'm upset that one wasn't in it. Traded Ford for Hyundai More

Terrible service and poor communication by the service representative. I had an appointment 2 weeks out and brought my vehicle in for repairs and service. I was told several times my car would be done by representative. I had an appointment 2 weeks out and brought my vehicle in for repairs and service. I was told several times my car would be done by days end since my appointment was at 8am. I called at 1:30 and was told that they are working on my car and it would be done by 3:00. I arrived at the Dealership at 2:30 thinking that my car would be done by 3:00. The mechanic told me that he was just about to start working on my vehicle. I told them not to start the work and to return my vehicle. I wasted an entire day dealing with Autonation Ford and didn’t receive any service. Furthermore I initiated all communication when trying to get updates about my vehicle. The next day I took my vehicle to another Ford dealership in Southaven, MS. I didn’t have an appointment. I arrived at 8:00am and they were done with my repairs and service by noon. The service reps were very professional and helpful. More

It took the service department almost 3 weeks to inspect my vehicle. I called multiple times to check on the status and was told they are busy and short handed and it will be several days before they can lo my vehicle. I was helped by Ashley. She was EXTREMELY professional & kind. Definitely knows what she's doing. When my truck needs another service, she'll be the one I work with. She was multi-tasking while helping me, because there were phones ringing and not being answered by anyone else behind the counter (who seemed to be just standing around), but while she was doing that, she never once paused on my paperwork..she continued checking me in. I'm positive the customer on the phone wouldn't know she was helping anyone other than them either, she still seemed to give them 100% of her attention as well...how did she do that?! Helping 2 people at once, yet still managing to get everything accomplished without a hiccup. FANTASTIC! She kept apologizing for the slow down, telling me they were learning a new system, but it seemed to me she had been doing this for years! I didn't notice a alow down at all! I noticed lots of other employees not really doing much, but she never stopped getting things done. I would definitely give her more stars if I could! More
