Took my F250 in for a reduced power mode, Oil change, and two recalls that I received it the mail for my truck. Auto Nation kept my truck for 6 weeks and did not do any of the things that Brandon , the serv two recalls that I received it the mail for my truck. I received notices reminding me to service my vehicle and the notices always have a place to click to make an appointment. The button never works! When you call the dealership, they tell you that you do not the notices always have a place to click to make an appointment. The button never works! When you call the dealership, they tell you that you do not need to schedule and appointment for an oil change, just be there when the service department opens. How frustrating to get the run around and not be able to schedule an appointment. More
