Took my F250 in for a reduced power mode, Oil change, and two recalls that I received it the mail for my truck. I received notices reminding me to service my vehicle and the notices always have a place to click to make an appointment. The button never works! When you call the dealership, they tell you that you do not the notices always have a place to click to make an appointment. The button never works!
