Amazing to work with, I called Jabari in the morning and drove from Kansas to look at a car. They waited on me after closing time to test drive and purchase the car. This saved me from having to spend the n drove from Kansas to look at a car. They waited on me after closing time to test drive and purchase the car. They had my Ford for 5 days and fail to order the correct parts. Failed or order the parts on day 1 and 2. Ordered the wrong parts on day 3. The salesman and finance person were exceptional. I was treated with respect and courtesy while buying my vehicle. However, on the ride home the check engine light came on and I had to return it the next treated with respect and courtesy while buying my vehicle. However, on the ride home the check engine light came on and I had to return it the next day. When I called it was on a Friday and they wanted me to wait until the following Monday. I insisted on coming in the next day as they did have a skeleton crew in service. When I got there they tried to tell me they were backed up and didn't know if they could get to me. I asked if I needed to speak to a manager and then they decided to look at my vehicle. I left and asked them to call me when it was ready. Several hours later I hadn't heard anything and knew they were closing soon so I contacted the manager at the number he had given me in an email. He was rude and told me I shouldn't have priority over people who were already waiting for service on their vehicles. I told him I just bought it yesterday and they needed to deliver a working vehicle. He stated he was at home and would call the dealership. He then called back and stated they had made the repairs and were waiting on a lightbulb for the headlight. Twenty minutes later the dealership called stating the vehicle was ready. Very eager to work with me when they wanted to sell the vehicle, not so accomodating when they needed to make good on delivering me a working vehicle. More
