Once they found out I had a problem with my vehicle, they took care of the issue and I didn't have to pay anything. Although it was not their fault that they weren't notified of any of the phone calls they took care of the issue and I didn't have to pay anything. Although it was not their fault that they weren't notified of any of the phone calls I had made to let them know I had a problem. This action shows me that Taylor and her team are committed to putting their customers first. Great service and sales staff. When I purchased my truck last year they were the most helpful dealer I had ever dealt with. I trade trucks ever three years and it was the best dealer experience I have ever had. Received a recall reinspection notice. 1. I never received a recall notice. 2. I paid to have the "recall" fixed after the dealership kept the car for 2 1/2 weeks. 3. When I called to make 1. When I called to make appointment for reinspection (took over 2 weeks to get an appointment), I was told there was no need to have the car resinspected. If true, why send the notice?!?! 4. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was told I would have to leave the car. What was the purpose of making an appointment?!?! More
