Dropped my P/U off 9-21-22- 12p. Promised to be ready the next day.I called the eve 9-22-22 and was not able to talk with Andrew after talking to several call center people. ICalled the next day.Same thing.Not available.After several days of trying to find out what up with my P/U,never talking by phone to Andrew.I was advised on 9-26-22 by the operator-my P/U would be ready for P/U on 9-27-22.Arrived around 3p on the 27th,met by Andrew who delivered my P/U to me.I was charged $944.25 for a control switch.No explanation on not being available for me nor why it took so long to get my P/U ready.You kept my P/U over 6 days for what.The P/U looked as if it had been in a dust storm.The car wash was my next stop.My P/U was running bad.I called back and was told to bring the P/U in.I decided not to do so because of my previous experience.I bought this P/U here in feb 2010 and loved every minute of it.I never received a vehicle health check. The hood wasn't checked at all.I was a quart and a half low on oil.The water level was bone dry.I don't like to complain.Thats why I hadn't responded before now.I just had to let you know how I was treated.Finally I was going to buy myself a new P/U and my wife a new car for Christmas.Not now.I had heard complaints from other people about this service but I never thought it would happen to me.I probably would have blown my motor had not the check oil light come on.Your emails do state that you do free vehicle checkups.Mine wouldn't have been free however because I spent $944.25 .I do not appreciate you keeping my P/U over 6 days with no explanation nor communication.Bad Biz. More

Had new van towed there for repairs and to see why it was stalling when put in gear. Couldn’t get anyone to call me back. Took 4 weeks to get in shop to even look at it. Stopped by AutoNation Ford for an engine light warning. Quickly determined it was due to a bad battery. I had purchased the battery from another Ford dealership in the Memphis area two years ago and my ser Quickly determined it was due to a bad battery. I had purchased the battery from another Ford dealership in the Memphis area two years ago and my service adviser, Andrew Howell informed me he was trying to get a copy of the invoice from them so he could replace it under warranty. The other dealer never responded to him. I finally was able to get a live person on the phone and they could not help me. I am amazed at the difference in customer service and speed of addressing service issues from one dealership to another. I have informed all my contacts who drive Ford's to swing by AutoNation and ask for Andrew. More
