I will NEVER use AutoNation Ford Margate again! I took my 2017 F350 there for its 5k maintenance. I have a maintenance contract, through Ford that is very specific on what is to be done anyone of the ite my 2017 F350 there for its 5k maintenance. I have a maintenance contract, through Ford that is very specific on what is to be done anyone of the items is that I paid extra for every oil change to use Full Synthetic Oil. I pointed this out to Adam, the Service Tech when I checked in my truck. I even pointed it out to him when he pulled my maintenance contract up on the screen. Ford Synthetic Diesel Oil is 5w 40 qsd. I travel and have had this maintenance done at locations across the country. Every Ford dealership that I have been to carries it. Well despite showing this to Adam when I dropped off the truck, they Diesel Tech who did the work put in the non Synthetic oil. When I went to pick up the truck I asked Adam if the Diesel tech used the full synthetic oil. Adam said that yes he did. I then pointed out to Adam that according to the paperwork, the tech had in fact put in non synthetic oil so off he went to the back to ask the tech. He came back out and told me that the tech put in the specific oil that Ford requires and that it is the same oil he always puts in my type of truck. This, despite what my contract and all other dealers have done, this tech new better. He even said they don't stock full Synthetic diesel oil. Adam was absolutely no help. He backed his tech even when I showed him paperwork from a previous 5k service that listed the oil used as the 5w40qsd type. Well it took the service manager getting involved to get this situation corrected. At one point, the service manager looked at Adam and said, "just give them what they want". As Adam walked back to the service bays to tell the tech to do a new oil change with the correct oil he muttered to himself, but clearly loud enough for anyone around to hear, "I'll see if the tech "will" do it." Well, sure enough not only did they have the correct oil in stock, but the tech did the new change, including a new oil filter. This level of service is completely unacceptable. As Adam was finishing up the paperwork he did say that he was sorry for any confusion. Of course he did not say that he was sorry for being such a big horses butt. Frustrated, you bet I am. But I do want to thank the service manager for making the right things happen. Too bad it should never have gotten that far. At the very least, when the service tech thought he knew better and was not going to do what the contract called for, Adam should have called me immediately to let me know. We would have cleared things up then and there. A complete cluster. Stay away from this place and if you must go there, and Adam is your Service Tech, immediately ask for someone else. More

This has been THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! They sold me a lemon car that SHUTS OFF on me WHILE IM DRIVING WITH MY 5 year old in the car. The past 2 weeks I’ve been calling and was told by BRANDON that his ma lemon car that SHUTS OFF on me WHILE IM DRIVING WITH MY 5 year old in the car. I went into the dealership screaming and yelling because this weekend I almost gotten into an accident and JIM ignored me in person and called the police on me for being upset and yelling due to them not wanting to help me about a car that SHUTS OFF WHILE IM DRIVING !
