Ignacio my service provider was great!! Got me in and out quickly . Did an oil change , wiper blade replacement and asked for tire rotation. Tires didn’t need rotated so they didn’t charge me. Ignacio was absolutely wonderful from the contact I had with him on the phone previous to my arrival to checking me in to taking care of my automobile. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. He took excellent care of my vehicle and had it ready for me to pick up in a matter of a couple of hours. He is definitely a valued employee that you are fortunate to have. More

The service advisor was great. The rest of the experience was lacking. I made an appointment on the website for 7:00 am and was assigned an advisor that starts work at 8:00 am. I waited patiently after being told by another advisor that he would arrive shortly. Ultimately someone with more experience recognized I was waiting for an adviser that wasn’t expected and about 7:30 started working with me. I waited for the routine maintenance to be done. When the works was completed the entire network was down. I waited for a while to pay. I finally gave up. More
The 2001 Ford Aerostar towed in for service is my wheelchair van. Even though it needed parts ordered for service, the Service Writer Shomari was excellent in keeping me informed on the status, had t wheelchair van. Even though it needed parts ordered for service, the Service Writer Shomari was excellent in keeping me informed on the status, had the van ready in time for a medical appointment later in the week and had it brought back for an adjustment when I head an odd noise when I picked it up.
