The shop at Autonation Ford Margate is by far the best one that I have taken my cars to. I have taken my cars to several other dealerships to get worked on and none of them compare to the professionalism one that I have taken my cars to. I have taken my cars to several other dealerships to get worked on and none of them compare to the professionalism and workmanship shown at the Margate shop. Starting from the top as the Shop Manager treated me with kindness and respect. I used to be skeptical about taking my cars to a dealership for repairs because I was afraid of getting ripped off, but Autonation Margate completely changed my opinion. There are no over charges or unnecessary recommendations for repairs. The mechanics and advisors are simply transparent about what needs to be done to keep me and my family safe while driving on the road. While I could take my vehicles to a different place and perhaps save a couple of dollars in repairs I would rather bring them to Autonation Ford Margate where I know the repairs and services will be done 100% correct. After all you can’t put a price on peace of mind. More

I took my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. They never did the tire rotation, but still charged me for it. Also, my car was running perfectly when I took it in, but now it is running rough and making a lot of strange noises. I asked the general manager to call me, but he never did.
