I felt that the only important thing was to collect all absurd fees such as diagnostic fees of $ 60 for each for two broken door handles that were obviously broken and were part of the reason I took my car absurd fees such as diagnostic fees of $ 60 for each for two broken door handles that were obviously broken and were part of the reason I took my car for service, that on top of the $ 350 plus charged to change those handles. When I asked why they were charging me $ 120 for something so obvious to the naked eye, I was told by my service agent "I do not make the rules". I felt that I was there not to have my car serviced but to be skimmed out of every dollar. They even charged $ 60 for "Disposable fees". that is to dispose of a window switch, the two plastics door handles and the oil and filter of an oil change for which they charged me over $ 50. Then I remember why I had stopped taking my car for dealer service. I had over $ 145 in Ford points that had to be applied to my bill and they were not applied even though I asked for it. I could not be any further disappointed. More

Excellent customer service. I recently had to take my vehicle for service in orser to take care of a recall. I called another dealership in the area and was told that the issue wasn't covered under the r vehicle for service in orser to take care of a recall. I called another dealership in the area and was told that the issue wasn't covered under the recall. I then contacted Margate Autonatijn Ford and spoke to a service representative who was very knowledgeable, and scheduled my appointment. Brought the vehicle in on the same day and it was taken care of. More

My experience at Auto Nation Ford Margate on November 6 was for routine oil/filter change on my Edge ST. I had a couple other issues I asked them to look at. They first told me they weren’t sure I could was for routine oil/filter change on my Edge ST. I had a couple other issues I asked them to look at. They first told me they weren’t sure I could get everything taken care of, due to less staffing on a Saturday. They ended up getting all my issues taken care of. My service advisor was Shomari Willis, he is always very kind and courteous, and I enjoy his professionalism and love when he wishes me to “ have a Blessed day”! More
