My experience at Auto Nation Ford Margate on November 6 was for routine oil/filter change on my Edge ST. I had a couple other issues I asked them to look at. They first told me they weren’t sure I could was for routine oil/filter change on my Edge ST. I had a couple other issues I asked them to look at. They first told me they weren’t sure I could get everything taken care of, due to less staffing on a Saturday. They ended up getting all my issues taken care of. My service advisor was Shomari Willis, he is always very kind and courteous, and I enjoy his professionalism and love when he wishes me to “ have a Blessed day”! More

Took too long to fix car was told it was going to fix in 1 day and that became 2 weeks , Communication was poor had to call every day to have an update , was told that I hve to paid for rental even though w 1 day and that became 2 weeks , Communication was poor had to call every day to have an update , was told that I hve to paid for rental even though warranty covers it . Was charged for labor even though warranty was charged. Terrible experience just to fix coolant leak . More
