Ignacio was absolutely wonderful from the contact I had with FL. dealership to deal with the recall on my vehicle. I was assisted by Ignacio Cidad. Ignacio was absolutely wonderful from the contact I had with him on the phone previous to my arrival to checking me in to taking care of my automobile. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. He took excellent care of my vehicle and had it ready for me to pick up in a matter of a couple of hours. He is definitely a valued employee that you are fortunate to have. More

The service advisor was great. The rest of the experience was lacking. I made an appointment on the website for 7:00 am and was assigned an advisor that starts work at 8:00 am. I waited patientl experience was lacking. I made an appointment on the website for 7:00 am and was assigned an advisor that starts work at 8:00 am. I waited patiently after being told by another advisor that he would arrive shortly. Ultimately someone with more experience recognized I was waiting for an adviser that wasn’t expected and about 7:30 started working with me. I waited for the routine maintenance to be done. When the works was completed the entire network was down. I waited for a while to pay. I finally gave up. More
