I turn around and Jason took me, confirmed that I had pre-paid service and I left, via phone he called me to "advise" to rotate my tires and that will cost me 99.99 I said no, I picked up my car, he just gave me the invoice, the keys and that's it, no more explanations... and I left with the sensation "Are they tired to work here?", customer service has declined a lot.
