Sean was the rep I worked with. Although the price of the service I needed was more than I could afford, Sean worked with me and was able to accommedate me and I would go back to get the remaining servic the service I needed was more than I could afford, Sean worked with me and was able to accommedate me and I would go back to get the remaining service when I can. Recently, I have not been pleased with the work on car. My appointment was for 7am, first person. A simple oil change and 20,000 mileage check. I did not leave until 10am. Excuses. My last visit I was 3.5 hours wait for an oil change. I suspect that I have a paid contract so I am getting pushed aside for other customers. Big mistake getting pre paid contract. Will not repeat in future. More
