The guys are cool (maybe too cool). A couple of them didn’t seem to care about my issue and were unhelpful. I kept being referred to someone else. Ended up waiting 90+ minutes for a manager who never ca didn’t seem to care about my issue and were unhelpful. I kept being referred to someone else.
