Neither their service advisors not their mechanics are willing to actually listen to the customer, and are not skilled enough to identify and correct the issue with my Explorer. They said they could not willing to actually listen to the customer, and are not skilled enough to identify and correct the issue with my Explorer. They said they could not replicate the issue when test driving, yet it happened noticeably with me three times within 1 mile of the shop! I don't believe the actually drove the car. First, they diagnosed it, quoted $4k to fix it, and now, miraculously the issue is gone, and they can't identify it! It is actually much worse, and the car is not safe to drive. I guess I will have to find another Ford dealer with capable mechanical skills and service advisors who actually care! More
I scheduled an online appointment for my Raptor that was recalled and scheduled other things that need to be completed for my 30,000 miles check. After arriving at the dealership and talking to Brandon, wh recalled and scheduled other things that need to be completed for my 30,000 miles check. After arriving at the dealership and talking to Brandon, who was my adviser the prices were totally different from each other. Brandon was very helpful and polite in helping me turn in my vehicle for maintenance. During my online 7 am appointment ,I requested shuttle service, and had to wait almost an 1 1/2 o get a ride home, If I requested that and and they knew I was bring my vehicle in at that time the shuttle service should have been ready at that time, this was totally unacceptable and especially after coordinating to be picked up back to the dealership the shuttle was not available for some reason, and then at the last minute I had to make other arrangements. This was totally inappropriate after coordinating everything before I left. More
The service writer was great! Having said that, The Ford company is guilty of sending out misinformation. I received a recall notice on my 2016 Ford Edge over one year ago. Recently I received a letter from company is guilty of sending out misinformation. I received a recall notice on my 2016 Ford Edge over one year ago. Recently I received a letter from Ford that the parts are now available and please bring your car in to the dealership for service. I made an appointment specifically for the recall service. When I arrived, I was informed that the parts were indeed NOT available. I was very upset and disappointed. This lack of communication and coordination is appalling and disheartening. Thank you for receiving my input. More
