I've been buying and servicing several cars from this dealer for over 20 years simply because of their expertise and knowledgeable service reps. Don’t go, they don’t have the same professionalism as before!!! My experience is that you don’t trust that dealer any more, believe me. I had a vehicle that I wanted to change to one with more seats an before!!! My experience is that you don’t trust that dealer any more, believe me. I had a vehicle that I wanted to change to one with more seats and that’s what I found at Ford. Unfortunately, when I sold my car, my Carfax was not good and I didn’t know it because I had bought it from a private individual. When the salesman saw my disappointment, he certified me that this kind of problem would not happen with Ford especially since I had a 90-day guarantee. His speech reassured me and I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. However, only 1 month later, the BSM light became defective and vibrations occurred on the engine during automatic shifts. For lack of time, I did not go immediately to inform them, telling me that I was still in the warranty period. When I visited them 15 days ago, I informed them of the problem and they asked me at that time to leave the vehicle so that they could check it. After 4 days, no news from them and I then decide to contact them to find out what it was and there, they tell me that they have a paper problem with the warranty but that in any case BSM problem will not be able to be repaired except to pay $1900 because it is not something under warranty but that they check the problem for the engine. Already I was shocked by their speech because I consider that I buy a vehicle for the options it has and if these options no longer work after a month already, I tell myself that I overpaid the vehicle! At the end of the week, I decide to go because I still have no news and I need my vehicle (because there is no loan vehicle) and the manager of the workshop tells me that nothing is guaranteed and that in addition the sales manager, who’s on vacation, doesn’t want to cover the damages! I go back to him, when he comes back from vacation, to get explanations and then, the big disappointment! he says to me: the electronic problem BSM, is not covered by the warranty, what I was told before but in addition it is a Ford dealer and I bought from them a Mazda so for the engine problem, unless it breaks, they can nothing for me!!! Amazing how dishonest and liars they are: they reassure you by saying that all the checks are done and that there is a guarantee but in fact they only control the Carfax and their guarantee does not cover anything, they are crooks!!! Since the pandemic there is a shortage of used cars, so they buy everything and anything and you end up with defective vehicles that they resell very expensive!!! More
