No one called me back after my company did not approve the $ 2300 repair. The company approved two front tires and an oil change. I called the rep several times left messages and got no call back. I had to go to another source to get an oil change and two tires. I own a Toyota and the dealer rep is very responsive. Taking in consideration this experience, I will not buy a Ford vehicle, ever. I brought my car in for 75K service and have to say that the Service Rep, Kadeem, who assisted me wa bring it there for regular service maintenance. I brought my car in for 75K service and have to say that the Service Rep, Kadeem, who assisted me was by far the best, friendliest, politest, and most knowledgeable of anyone that I have dealt with previously.
