I went to buy my new car with my wife and our 4 year old daughter, and immediately upon entering we were greeted not by pushy sal the buying process. They gave my daughter coloring books and snacks and let us talk freely about our car wants and financing options. I would recommended this dealership to anyone who wants a new ford or used car they have on their lot! Ask for Dain, he was our salesman and he was great. Very knowledgeable about all ford cars and very friendly and helpful. He made our purchase extremely streamlined and easy. All in all from trade in to walking out the door took less than 3 hours. Which was amazing considering how long I’ve waited in dealerships prior to shopping at auto nation ford! Life long customer was made and when it’s time to get my wife a new car I know the first and only place we will be going to! More

Dropped a car off on a Saturday for a tire repair. Didn’t hear a word. I called and left voicemail with my service advisor on Monday still no call back. Finally on Tuesday late afternoon I got a call Didn’t hear a word. I called and left voicemail with my service advisor on Monday still no call back. So this time I dropped off my car for service (filter&oil change, tire rotation) and the shuttle driver only works till 4pm and is off on Thursdays.
