I followed up with a call to the GM who is called Madison but she was unavailable to talk. The phone number provided is a general number which is not monitored by an operator. This is part of the frustration in dealing with Autonation Ford Margate. If you don’t have the extension number of the party you are looking for it just keeps going round in circles. My advice to Autonation is to start by updating the phone system or having someone available to answer

Update from Pompano Ford: they changed the track rods and are now investigating noise from steering box. No defect found with rear differential.
