Today is completing 23 days that my Truck F-150 has remained at Repair Services with no date for delivery. They always send me messages saying that my car will be ready the next day, but it never is. The most important thing for them, the sellers are until you sign the contract. After signing the contract they do not provide any assistance. I haven't even talked about the lies they tell to try to blame the buyer and not take the blame. Let's see how far Ray, the salesman who sold me a Lemon, will try to absolve himself of blame and blame me. Who knows, maybe in another 10 days they will give me the car. That's because my car is new, if it were used I would never have it again. More

There is no way this vehicle was inspected prior to the sale because this failed engine would have been caught. After I called to report it, they told me “it’s a good thing I bought the extended warranty” and stopped taking my calls. I wasted hours on the phone trying to get in touch with someone there. Each time I called after, they either did not answer or someone would tell me everyone is in meetings and can’t talk now. It’s unbelievable! Since I bought this vehicle from them, it’s been sitting in a dealer service shop for over a week so far and now, I am trying to figure out how to get around without a car while I’m waiting as the warranty company investigates this shady dealer. I am consulting with my attorney because this is by far THE WORST, most unprofessional and corrupt dealership experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle in my life. IF you are considering this dealership, do yourself a favor and DONT! Go to another dealer who actually values your business and will have integrity behind the products they sell. THIS dealership doesn’t care about anything but the sale and once they get you to sign, they could care less about what happens after. The best advice I can offer anyone is STAY FAR AWAY!!! I posted this review on Google and the General Manager requested that I call to work it out. I called them and when I told the person who I was, they literally hung up on me. So DONT fall for the insincere dealer replies to these reviews either. More

I bought an F-150 10 days ago. The seller Ray offered me this brand new truck. Ray said the F-150 had only been used by the manager and had only 975 miles. He assured me that the car has a 3 year factory warranty. Sunday when I went out with my family, my daughter found a broken part of the air conditioning grill. I tried using Navigation and it said I have to pay to use it. I went to Ray and he said it would be better to use carplay. I did some research and discovered that navigation doesn't have to be paid. I also can't use the code panel on the door because they lost the book where the code is. Another problem is that the F-150 is misaligned even though it is brand new. After another 4-5 days I have been hearing noises in the car even though it is stopped and the alarm is on. Yesterday I discovered that the car had an electrical problem, triggering the alarm and turning on the lights without us activating the control. And to make matters worse, yesterday I was at Auto Nation Margate for an appointment booked by Ray and when I arrived at the location he said he didn't have any appointments for my car. Because of this, my car could spend 2 to 3 days undergoing maintenance. That is if you don't need any parts. If it is necessary to order parts that they do not have, it may take 5 to 15 days. In other words, I won't be able to go to work for all this time? Ray was always trying to bribe me with little gifts and nonsense. Yesterday when I showed Ray another defect in the car, Ray immediately said he would give me an extra tank of gas. Am I looking for gas or to have the car in the condition I bought it? More

No complaints about the service advisor. I brought in my 2019 Ford Edge SEL for transmission fluid change, drain and fill. The invoice shows the refilled transmission fluid is XT-10-QLVC. The owner manual says XT-12-QULV, from page 353: "Automatic transmissions that require MERCON ULV transmission fluid should only use MERCON ULV transmission fluid. The use of any other fluid may cause transmission damage." I need the service manager to explain this situation. Transmission fluid XT-10-QLVC is MERCON LV and XT-12-QULV is MERCON ULV. More
