From first contact with AutoNation to picking up the vehicle, it was excellent. I wasn't barraged with multiple phone calls and texts. Dain, the salesperson was excellent and there were no surprises (actually, the day I bought the vehicle there was a $1000 price drop which was great). I wasn't able to drive it home at time of purchase and picked it up the next day. Again, awesome. It took less than 10 minutes. AutoNations facilties are excellent. For me, it's a long drive South from Martin County, but well worth the trip. Would do it again. More

I got scammed big time! Purchased a 2-year-old Ford F-150 raptor with very low mileage from this dealership. Although mileage the vehicle had a wrap on it that the dealer re Purchased a 2-year-old Ford F-150 raptor with very low mileage from this dealership. Although mileage the vehicle had a wrap on it that the dealer removed in a very poor fashion. This resulted in the intelligent access/ keyless entry to be non-functional. Trim pieces on the door were falling apart. 10 minutes into the drive home from the dealership the vehicle showed a TPMS monitor fault. At the time of sale And IOU was declared for the failing trim pieces. Prompt notification was given to the dealer within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership about the TPMS fault as well as lack of keyless access. All of which both the car salesman (Noel Mercado) and used sales manager, Mathew were notified of. I was promised that all the issues would be rectified at a local dealership as I live over 200 miles from this particular AutoNation. Over 3 weeks later and both the salesman and the used sales manager continue to ignore my calls. None of the problems with the vehicle have been rectified. Overall these people are a joke, they sell faulty vehicles and do not stand by their word. When you spend nearly 70k on a vehicle, you would expect to get quality service from the dealership selling a 2-year-old car with 18,000 miles on it More

Maria in the Service Department at AutoNation Ford in Margate has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We were disappointed Florida's Grieco Ford Dealers. They kept out car for 8 days for a recall tha Margate has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We were disappointed Florida's Grieco Ford Dealers. They kept out car for 8 days for a recall that never got fixed. Their inconsiderate service department did not care about me or my valuable time. We decided to bring our new Bronco Sport to AutoNation Ford in Margate to get help with our vehicle issues & problems left by Grieco. Thanks to Maria and AutoNation for helping us with this variety of issues which included a the recall problem (never fixed by Grieco) and a transmission issues which led to a transmission replacement. Maria got the approval from Ford to cover the cost of the replacement. These issues on our 3 month old Bronco Sport were quite discouraging, but Maria and AutoNation got the problem fixed without hassles or long periods without our car. I would recommend AutoNation Ford Margate to everyone who wants a Ford or owns a Ford. Don't forget to see Maria for your service department needs. She is the example of how a service department should respect their customers and handle their issues efficiently and with a smile. We have so far had an excellent experience with Maria and AutoNation Ford Margate. More
Stay away of this business as they don't care about the customer's safety. They sold me a car with seized caliper, front brakes with 3mm or less and an old battery that was causing error codes. Clearly they did not inspect 125 points as advertised. Made me drive a car from Margete to Jax on a seized caliper. The repairs I made and paid off my pocket were $1310.43 to have the vehicle be safe to drive! When I contacted them about the repairs and sent them the report from the dealership, they totally ignored me, Charles replied after two days saying they did inspect and when I asked for explanation about he never replied. The sales manager never bothered to reply. Customer service is very bad whenever they connect me to the sales of the dealership and I never get a reply. Customer relations never replied even after 9 business days that is ridiculous! They are behaving like a small shop not a dealership. More
