We had a great experience with Onray and Matthew as we researched a new and our first electric car. Once we were ready we sent specs for what we were looking for and they were able to get exactly what we researched a new and our first electric car. Once we were ready we sent specs for what we were looking for and they were able to get exactly what we wanted pulled in from another dealership within a day. Unfortunately when we went down to purchase the car there was a significant issue with the paint and while they tried to fix it, it wasn’t perfect. They were very respectful of our decision to no longer move forward. Absolutely not their fault, a factory issue, but I was pretty bummed! I thought that might be the end, but manager staff was pulled in and we got a phone call the next day that if we were down, they would look into finding the same car with an upgraded glass roof, which would eliminate the main paint issue on the roof. Yes! They were able to locate the car in Miami and within another day we were able to head down and pick it up! A few snags in what otherwise would have been a flawless buying experience but they handled it beautifully and we couldn’t be happier - Love our new Mustang MachE! More
