Service was great, however, there seems to be an issue with returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner. My Ford Escape had a recent recall. When I called to schedule the appointment, Brianna shared that the part was not in yet, but they expected it to arrive in about two weeks. She said she would call me back when the part arrived. A month went by, and I didn’t hear back. I called to follow up and had the good fortune to connect with Jose. He said the past had arrive a couple weeks ago and he could schedule the recall appointment right away. Jose was so easy to work with. He communicated well, followed up, and my car even had a car wash. First time my car got a car wash at this site. Usually that isn’t the case. Special shout out to Jose. Keep up the great work. More
