Dealership offers a wide range of services. I brought my 2022 ford Maverick for an oil change and recall work. José, the service advisor was very professional and demonstrated excellent custome I brought my 2022 ford Maverick for an oil change and recall work. José, the service advisor was very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Initially he told me that the recall work could take up to 2 days but Ford would not provide me with a loaner. This was unacceptable but he said he would try to have work done in one day. The maintenance and recall work were completed by midday which was excellent. However, I do like the dealership but I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a Ford vehicle due to its disregard to us, the customers. What would’ve happened if the repairs would extend beyond one day? Would I have to rent a car at my own cost or walk to work. I’ve owned Toyotas, Hyundais, Nissans, BMWs, Hondas and was always offered a loaner whenever the vehicle was kept at the dealership for more than one day. Ford, please start treating your customers with respect and appreciation. This will most likely be my first and last ford product. To reiterate, I was quite satisfied with the dealership and with my service Advisor!!! More
I was supposed to be dealing with Michelle, but when I advised her of my credit situation, she never bothered to call back. I’m prequalified for over the amount the car I would like to purchase. We had a great experience with Onray and Matthew as we researched a new and our first electric car. Once we were ready we sent specs for what we were looking for and they were able to get exactly what we researched a new and our first electric car. Once we were ready we sent specs for what we were looking for and they were able to get exactly what we wanted pulled in from another dealership within a day. Unfortunately when we went down to purchase the car there was a significant issue with the paint and while they tried to fix it, it wasn’t perfect. They were very respectful of our decision to no longer move forward. Absolutely not their fault, a factory issue, but I was pretty bummed! I thought that might be the end, but manager staff was pulled in and we got a phone call the next day that if we were down, they would look into finding the same car with an upgraded glass roof, which would eliminate the main paint issue on the roof. Yes! They were able to locate the car in Miami and within another day we were able to head down and pick it up! A few snags in what otherwise would have been a flawless buying experience but they handled it beautifully and we couldn’t be happier - Love our new Mustang MachE! More
