I brought my vehicle in for regular maintenance with a request for them to check the windshield wipers because they were making noise as they went across the windshield. Customer service told me the mecha request for them to check the windshield wipers because they were making noise as they went across the windshield. Customer service told me the mechanic found nothing wrong with the wipers. Two days later my wife called complaining about the same reason and a different customer service person told her to bring it back in and they would replace them. After they were replaced they no longer made the noise. I was upset that they did not replace them on my original visit causing my wife to make an extra visit. If this is the service they give me on wipers I question the service they give on other major repairs. For this reason I am only giving 3 stars. More
