To General Manager AutoNation Ford Margate (ANFM), Thank you for your offer to resolve this matter to my satisfaction. That would be easy, and should have already been done by now. Just return my Fidelity cheque. The cheque that the ANFM finance department deemed unacceptable ... ... after ANFM first accepted, then refused, my personal Fidelity cheque, I had Fidelity wire the full balance of the funds still owing directly to ANFM, following the ANFM wiring instructions provided to me by your finance guy, Arturo. I followed up by sending Arturo proof that the wire transfer had been made. Arturo had promised to return my original cheque (the one that ANFM previously had refused to accept). Having not received back the afore mentioned unacceptable (to ANFM) cheque within a reasonable period of time, I called Arturo, was unable to reach him, but did reach my salesman, Olray, who said he would relay my concern to Arturo. I am still awaiting the return of my original cheque ... Please don't tell me, "It got lost in the mail."
