Great dealership! When my back window wouldn’t roll back up they were the only dealership in the area that would get me in for service the same day. Other dealerships offered appointments for 2 weeks, 5 weeks, and 8 weeks out. Carlos (Charley) was very helpful and had great communication. He sent daily texts to let me know the status of my repair. He also took extra care and made sure to park my truck in the garage since we were having rain every day. There are 3 other Ford dealers closer to me but I will definitely be using them again. More
