0-stars Brought in a vehicle that was overheating. Was diagnosed by Nathan, he called to inform me charges were $6800, more than the value of the vehicle. Most of the service quoted was not necessary to fix the overheating issue. Rep attempted to upsell services that were unnecessary. Felt totally taken advantage of. Took the vehicle to another car repair service and the issue was resolved for $600. We are in the market for a new EV (budget 75k) its safe to say we will be taking our business elsewhere! More

I searched for ages for a specific vehicle and finally one came available so I jumped at the chance. Went to the store and everything was ready for me to get straight on it. Shawn, Matt and Arturo guide one came available so I jumped at the chance. Went to the store and everything was ready for me to get straight on it. Shawn, Matt and Arturo guided me brilliantly. From arriving in my old car, offer made for my trade in through to leaving the store in my new one was all wrapped up in no time.
