Thought cost on battery was high & was not shown any paperwork on why it needed to be replaced. As a recent elderly widow & new to having to handle repairs I was told by neighbor I should have been show paperwork on why it needed to be replaced. My husband has been coming to this AutoNation forever which is why I still come here. But next time because of age & being one who knows nothing about cars I should be given printed info on my needed repair. I came in to get new wipers & to fix my window button. I had no issue with my battery. My service agent was very pleasant. More

If you are going into any service please go with the man Charlie absolutely amazing service he let me know what was going on with my 2022 Mustang mach e and it was amazing!
