I did not have this issue with another dealer when I was purchasing another vehicle. Final payment to purchase the new car was slow due to having only one cashier and another customer ahead of me that "tied" up the cashier for a very long time. I should have been out much quicker if they had another cashier. This brought the customer service and my overall experience down one point. More
