I've been on and off for a while on which car to buy and all the time, my sales person, Rita Benoit, was patient and helpful. It is very clear that Rita is one of the hardest working people there; frequently she arrived at the dealership to meet me, even on her days off, and was extremely helpful in making sure I understood how everything worked on my new car before I drove off the lot. The management staff as well are very attentive and helpful, and worked with me on the price and payments. The only thing I would mention is if you plan on buying your car on a busy day (think Friday or a weekend day), bring your patience with the finance department, as they appear to have only one person there, but everything else with this dealership has been excellent. Additionally, I've been taking my Ford there for service for a while as it's close proximity to my house, their professionalism and the lack of necessity to make an appointment has been very convenient.
