Horrible interaction. Stopped by to buy out our lease, forums $2500 in add ons the dealer tried to slip in. Finally got them taken off and sat for an hour while finance talked amongst themselves. Got up to leave and was accosted by finance, saying it would be faster if I would just finance through them. When I said no, he got aggressive and loud, then noticed people were watching and walked off. I would not recommend, we are going to buy our lease out from another dealership. More

Made an appointment for 2 different recalls. When I arrived I was told only 1 was available. After 3 hours I was advised that the needed part was out of stock.
