I brought my ford fusion in early in the for a recall about door latches. They were supposed to be done in a few hours and call me. No one called. I had to call the service department in the afternoon about door latches. They were supposed to be done in a few hours and call me. No one called. I had to call the service department in the afternoon to find out that my service rep. left early and that my car was being kept overnight. I find this unacceptable as I had to cancel my planned activates for the evening since I had no car. I will never do business with them again. More
