Made an appointment for 2 different recalls. When I arrived I was told only 1 was available. After 3 hours I was advised that the needed part was out of stock. Lack of care I have been in to Ford Margate twice with a passenger side mirror for fixing. Each time I went in with a mirror that although it needed a repair was s I have been in to Ford Margate twice with a passenger side mirror for fixing. Each time I went in with a mirror that although it needed a repair was safe and allowed me to see the traffic behind me. Twice I was sent away with no repair and an inadequate tiny piece of green masking tape that meant my mirror moved and was unsafe. Why? The overall impression I have is of a lack of care. More
